Assessments

Article IV of the CCRs explains assessments in detail. The Board determines the amount of the annual assessment (Dues) when developing each year’s budget. A letter is sent to all homeowners in December of the previous year, and the amount is posted here.

For 2026, the annual assessment for each household was $165.00 and was due by January 31, 2026, to avoid late fees and liens. The amount for 2027 has not yet been determined.
