The sale of a home in Indigo Fields will require a $150.00 transfer fee due at closing.

Documents including the names of the buyers should be sent with a $150.00 check to:

New buyers should be encouraged to read the CCR’s.

Realtor should provide a copy of the CCR's to new owner.
